George and his team work exclusively with high quality products and source the seasonal ingredients locally as much as possible. Tracing its origin is important to Vanderveen. The constant-changing menu also includes a potato mille feuille with seaweed and truffle mayonnaise, poached cod with fennel and a signature ice cream sandwich. The new menu applies to both lunch and dinner and changes regularly. The love for the product is also reflected in the mainly home-made products and complete values of – for example – animal products.
Together with an outstanding wine list put together by Sommelier Mohamed Aous and the pastries and bakery by Alexadre Scour, Vanderveen makes up for a culinary treat!
